Classes
Our classes are the perfect place for children ages 3-12 to explore gymnastics and enhance skills ion the 4 traditional gymnastics apparatus (Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault) in a structured/instructor-led setting.
Each class will have a maximum of 6 participants (first come, first served) unless otherwise stated.
Cartwheeling Cuties (beginners ages 3-5)
Cartwheeling Cuties is our beginner's class. It is an introduction to gymnastics with an emphasis on standing in line, taking turns, following instructions, and having fun! We will complete stations built around the 4 traditional gymnastics apparatus (Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault) in a structured/instructor-led setting.
Handstand Heroes (intermediate ages 3-5)
Handstand Heroes is for children ages 3-5 who have previously had some exposure to gymnastics. We will continue to focus on standing in line, taking turns, following instructions, and having fun! Additionally, we will build on the skills they've learned on the 4 traditional gymnastics apparatus (Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault) in a structured/instructor-led setting.
